A friendly heart ^^

Mark was a student. One day he was going to college. Ahead of him, another boy was walking. His hands were full of many articles such as books, two sweaters, a basketball, a glove, and a small tape recorder. The boy tripped and dropped all of his items on the road.
Immediately Mark ran to him, knelt down and picked up all his items one by one and gave them to that boy. They were going the same way. Mark requested him "If you don't mind, I will carry some items."
Both carried the items and started walking. While walking, Mark asked him many questions with a smiling face. The boy said that his name was Bill, he loved video games, basketball, and history and he broke up with his girlfriend.
They arrived at Bill's house. Bill invited Mark into his house. Both drank coke and watched TV. They discussed many things. They laughed a lot. The afternoon went pleasantly. Then Mark went home.
They were studying in the same college. Frequently they met each other. Whenever they met, Mark used to show a lot of interest in talking to Bill. Mark used to ask him several questions like "How are you? How is your life? How is your health? How are your studies? Are you playing basketball daily? What movies did you watch? etc" They had lunch together many times. Bill used to tell all his matters to Mark very interestedly.
Their final exams were completed. It was the last day of college. Bill came to Mark.
Bill: Mark, can we talk a bit?
Mark: why not? Let's talk.
Bill: Three years ago, we met. Do you remember how we met?
Mark: Of course. You were carrying books and many things and dropped them. Then I came to you and picked up your books.
Bill: Do you know why I was carrying so many things that day? I was staying in a hostel. Because of having some problems, I felt I was alone in this world. I felt nobody liked, loved and valued me. I decided to commit suicide. I wanted to die at my home. I did not want to trouble my hostel mates. So I vacated my hostel with all my luggage and coming back to my home. I had some sleeping pills in my pocket. I had a plan to apply. I was going home with my luggage. Then you came into my life. You talked to me very nicely. You asked me many questions. You told me many things. You valued me. You gave me a lot of importance. We spent an afternoon at my home. I felt a lot of relaxation in your presence. Then I understood there would be many pleasant times for me in the future. I understood there were some good people like you in this world. I got hopes in my life. You have a habit. Whenever you meet me, you smile. Your smile says "I like you, you are important to me. I'm very happy to meet you." Your other habit is you give a lot of importance to me. It makes me very happy. I stopped committing suicide only because of you. You see, Mark. When you picked up my books that day, you did a lot more. You saved my life. I can't forget you in my life."

Many people are waiting for our smiles, our care, and our friendly nature. They can change others' lives.

There was no flesh in his legs. The doctors checked his body and decided to amputate his legs. Glenn and his parents requested the doctors not to amputate. The doctors said "He will never walk again in his life. His legs are useless. They are big burdens to his body." And they left. For many months, he sat in a wheelchair. One day Glenn decided to walk from his wheelchair. But he fell down on the floor. Many times, he used to leave his wheelchair and started walking. But he fell down. He started moving on the floor. He used to drag his legs. For 2 years, there was no change in his legs. One day he was able to stand up on his feet. He used to hold walls and walk slowly. A father's suggestion ^^

Approximately 120 years ago, a young boy "Ferenc Molnar" was studying law at Budapest University, Hungary. He was staying alone in a small room in Budapest. His parents were living in their village. His parents had lots of hopes for him. But Ferenc was not a bright student. All his friends passed the exams. But he failed. He felt ashamed. He started drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. Every day he was thinking about his failure, his friends' success, his parents' money, and his future. His mind was full of depression. His body became powerless because of worry. One night Ferenc was drinking whiskey in his room. A cigarette was in his left hand. A glass of whiskey was in his right hand. And there were some sleeping tablets on the table. His room was filled with smoke. He laid down on a sofa in a relaxing position. He liked being alone. He found relaxation in his new habits. Suddenly the doors opened. Ferenc looked at the doors. The Two Wolves

An old man is teaching his grandson about life. Old man: A fight is going on inside me. Grandson: Oh. what kind of fight is that? Old man: It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is a bad wolf. He is anger, jealousy, worry, depression, fear, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, and guilt. The other one is a good wolf. He is happiness, peace of mind, love, hope, courage, self-confidence. Grandson: why is this fight happening inside you? Old man: The same fight is going on inside you–and inside every other person, too. In every person's heart, this fight continues as long as he is alive. Grandson: What happens if the bad wolf wins? Old man: In your heart, If the bad wolf wins, you will always be sad and depressed. You will fail in everything. Grandson: What happens if the good wolf wins? Old man: If the good wolf wins, you will always be happy and satisfied. You will always win. You will always be successful. Grandson: So which wolf will wi...
